Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Usually, the shipping time is longer than it takes for me to digitize your memories. Larger companies have a turnaround time of 10-12 weeks!
Do you charge for blank tapes?
No, I do not! If you include blank tapes, reels, etc. you will not be charged for those. This is different than the large companies out there who charge you for the number of items you send in, whether they're blank or only have 2 minutes of footage.
Do I have to organize anything beforehand?
No! Just box up your memories and I'll organize and label them when I put them on the USB Stick or Hard Drive.
What types of media do you convert?
We currently digitize photos, 2x2 slides, VHS tapes, VHS-C tapes, mini DV tapes, 8mm tapes, 8mm reels, 16mm reels, DVDs, DVD-RWs, CDs, and floppy discs.
Can I ship my items to you?
Yes, of course! You ship them and we'll ship back your media and your new drive with all of your digital files on it quickly.
How will I view my files once they're digital?
I will place your files on a USB stick or a hard drive. You can plug them into your computer and most TVs to view your memories.
